{Self-Control) Conclusion…

Self-Control, the last but not least of the fruits of the spirit. Definitely a very important one that I struggle with a lot. Self-control is not just controlling yourself and your actions, but really it’s dying to yourself. How else would you control yourself if you are still trying to hold onto yourself and your desires? As easy as it could or might be, many of us will still continue to struggle with it, but Yah knows we are weak and that there are many things to tempt us here on this earth. Nevertheless, we can’t just shove it aside. Yah is always there to help and guide us on our walk, and with His help and guidance, we can make it through.

2 Timothy 1:7—For Elohim has not given us a spirit of cowardice, but of power and of love and of self-control.

Titus 1:7-9— For an overseer has to be unreprovable, as a managing one of Elohim, not self-pleasing, not wroth, not given to wine, no brawler, not greedy for filthy gain, but kind to strangers, a lover of what is good, sensible, righteous, set-apart, self-controlled, clinging to the trustworthy word, according to the teaching, in order to be able both to encourage by sound teaching, and to reprove those who oppose it.

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Trustworthiness. Gentleness.
